Usually when I start seeing photographs and mentions on Facebook about the new issue of The Drake being available at shops in and around Fort Collins (The Drake Headquarters) then I can usually expect my copy to arrive a couple weeks later but for whatever reason the latest issue was found in the mail box with some surprising quickness. Thanks TB!
Highlights in this issue include a profile (written by Alex Cerveniak) on mad scientist fly tier Pat Cohen of Super Fly, Part II of The Twelve Apostles series, Hopper Heaven, and Tom Bie's reflection on the life of Trask, his recently passed away yellow lab.
It should also be noted that The Drake is taking submissions until August 1st for the sixth annual Fly Fishing Video Awards which will be shown at The Republic in New Orleans on August 18th, 2011.

Yup, just the best "print" zine out there. Mine seemed to arrive early, too. Well thumbed already!
JJP...every issue is a great read and worth keeping.
