The other day Ryan Frick sent along a few photos of his "Warmwater Slam" that he caught on his Cabela's C.G.R. 7/8 weight this spring.
Ryan wrote... "As far as I can tell, this is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to get into glass rods. It's the only rod I'm aware in a 7/8 wgt. available for $99.00. I love the ease of casting and how smooth it is. I also enjoy the sensitivity and the joy of battle again! Hopefully these rods are a jumping off point."
For more information check out the T.F.M review which I wrote last summer on the entire series of the Cabela's C.G.R. fly rods.
