One of just a couple fiberglass revelations at IFTD last week was that Scott Fly Rod Company will be ceasing production of the Fiberhammer from the Concept line up in the next couple weeks.
This is likely been a long time coming since most fly rods in the Custom and Concept line up don't make it past one year and the Fiberhammer has been available since it was announced at IFTD in 2009.
The 10'6" Fiberhammer is it's own kind of animal and figuring out the correct line system will unlock a very enjoyable all glass two hand switch experience.
