T.F.M. Beaver Island Trip 2013

Last summer I attended the Beaver Island Carp School, which was hosted by Feather-Craft, and it really got the wheels turning that I should consider hosting a trip there as well.  Beaver Island is a very unique and interesting destination to pursue tank carp and large smallmouth on the fly and the fellows at Indigo Guide Service have this fishery expertly dialed in.

This has been a work in progress but all the pieces have come together, guides locked in, house reservations made, and the T.F.M. hosted trip to Beaver Island is a go for five anglers and myself.

This trip will take place July 7th to 11th and is priced at $900.  This trip includes three full days of guided fly fishing and four nights lodging along with a few other things as well.  A $300 deposit is due when the reservation is made and the balance paid when you arrive on Beaver Island in July.

Check out the carptrip.com website for more details.  If you would like to attend this year's trip or have any questions please send an email to thefiberglassmanifesto@gmail.com.

Please note that Evan Muskopf of Feather-Craft is hosting three different trips on Beaver Island in June and Jean-Paul Lipton of Roughfisher is also putting together a trip as well in July.  The carptrip.com website has more information about these trips as well.

UPDATE - As of right now all five spots are taken for this trip but I am making a list of alternates in case any one of the current five has to cancel.  Please email if you'd like to be on this list.
