There is a short list of builds and blanks that have so far eluded my personal collection and near the top of the list is one of F.H. Paddock's 7'10" 4/5 weight "The One" blanks. So you can imagine that my jealousy meter started bumping when Jeff Turko of Trout Purgatory posted his very well done build on one of these blanks.
