I don't think I have been more impressed with a piece of technical clothing more than I have been with the Patagonia Nano Puff Pullover that I have been wearing for the past year in a half now. This lightweight, yet extremely warm, pullover has been carried along on every cool to cold weather trip that I've gone on and it really is the perfect jacket in so many ways.
Earlier this year I wrote up a much longer gear review of the Nano Puff Pullover but the real highlights of this jacket are that it's comfortable at such a wide range of temperatures and it takes up so little space. On trips I stuff it into itself and always have along in my carry on.
This past winter we were skiing in Colorado and I wore it, with just a long sleeve t-shirt and Capilene baselayer underneath, on days that started out in the mid teens and warmed to the 20's and was toasty warm. Back home in South Carolina, I also routinely wear this pullover on days in the 50's and it's just as comfortable.
This is a do all piece of technical clothing and one that everyone should have around to wear for when it's cold.

I've got the full zip nano puff and it goes everywhere I go. It's the first thing that gets put in the bag every time.
