Robert Thompson's latest film release, called THE RIVER, is a compilation of several films with the main feature on the Au Sable River in northern Michigan and also including the full length versions of "The Brother's Brown" and "Summers" films as well.
The DVD and Blu-Ray will be released on April 23rd and if you pre-buy (with free shipping) through Gates Fly Shop then all proceeds go to benefit Anglers of the Au Sable.
Also, for anglers heading north for the opening of trout season in Michigan, the premier of THE RIVER will take place in downtown Grayling at the Rialto Theatre on Saturday night, April 26th, 2014. Tickets will be $10 each ($12 at the door) and can be purchased at Gates Fly Shop and Old Au Sable Fly Shop and proceeds will benefit Anglers of the Au Sable.
