6 Cool Things To Read

Another week and I am playing catch up on a dozen different things after being gone to Michigan for ten days while prepping for next week's trip to IFTD in Orlando.

Here's six favorite online articles to keep you busy while I unpack from one trip and get ready for another.

BIG SKY JOURNAL - WILD CUTTHROAT PARADISE
One of the things that started this silly blog almost seven years ago was a week in Wyoming fly fishing on quite a bit of the water that is discussed in this article.

If you're still trying to map out a late summer trip then move this one to the top of the list and go.

BLOOMBERG BUSINESS - SEARCHING FOR HARRISON
Writer Boris Fishman finds Harrison and himself in this excellent essay.

MALAKYE - Q&A WITH FINN UTILITY
Ryan McDonald of Finn Utility goes in depth on many aspects of company and the gear that he designs bringing simplicity and style to fly fishing.

THE DRAKE - THE JOY OF HEX
Guide and writer Alex Cerveniak is all about that hex and makes a good case for working on your shitty casting before your guide trip.  Especially when you'll be casting in the dark to rise forms you can't always see.

THE FLYFISH JOURNAL - SHUTTERBUGGIN'
Photographer Russ Schnitzer goes one on one with TFFJ Photo Editor Copi Vojta.

TOSH BROWN - CAMP BONAVENTURE
Proof yet again that Tosh travels better than you or I but the images certainly do a good job in taking you there.

Enjoy.  What are you reading this week?
