The other week I received an email from Eric VanAllen of Riverforged and through the course of coorespondence I asked if I could share some of his work on T.F.M. Eric sent over the step by step for a rainbow trout piece that he had completed and it's a good first look at the work that he does.
Eric's artwork is digitally painted using a tablet and stylus in Photoshop. The Photoshop brushes are actually ink and watercolor shapes that he created on a page and then scanned in.
Take some time this weekend and visit the Riverforged website to see quite a bit of other work that Eric has done. "Rising Cutthroat" will be going in a frame and up on my office wall soon.
Along with the website, follow along too on the Instagram page to see what Eric's working on next.
