I'm not sure how The Wading List wasn't on my radar sooner, but this feature on Ari 't Hart popped up last week and I really enjoyed it. The video is just the start of quite a bit of other excellent content which is on the website.
I don't own a Ari 't Hart fly reel...yet, though I have vintage fly reels in the collection that I believe maybe inspired him along with other fly reels that the maker was likely inspired by the work of Ari 't Hart. It's a weird circle and at some point I'll need to get serious about finding a RHW example of one of his fly reels.
