It seems like you can't do anything in fly fishing right now without hearing the words "Game Changer" mentioned but Uncle Blane knew what he was doing in the development of this fly and it's undeniable that they work. In fact, the 34 pound redfish that I caught the other week in Louisiana devoured a large black Game Changer and no doubt, these micro versions will get ate as well.
