STEFFEN BROTHERS - A New Experience is Coming Soon...

When Shane Gray of Graywolf Rods announced that he had acquired Steffen Brothers in the fall of 2021, (see the T.F.M. post) I wasn't sure that he knew what all he was getting himself into but couldn't think of someone who would have the know how and enthusiasm to protect and enhance the brand going forward.  He's done that and more in making these fly rod blanks available while offering custom Steffen Brothers blank builds too from his shop in Michigan.

Fast forward two years and a new transition is taking place to create a separate brand identity and landing page for Steffen Brothers with the addition of Andy Stiebler to the team.  In a sense, a new set of "brothers" with Shane and Andy working together will move Steffen Brothers forward with new ideas. 

This could get really interesting...

"Steffen Brothers is ready for its own standalone brand experience!  This means that the Graywolf Rods website will only feature occasional custom Steffen builds, but all future Steffen Brothers sales will happen on its own website.

Ever since I began building and wrapping Steffen Brothers fly rods, I never would have imagined I would own the brand, let alone prepare to lead the company into its next chapter!  Well, today, I am happy to announce that our partnership group is growing.  Andy Stiebler is joining the team as Head of Brand.  He will help expand our marketing operations, so I can continue to build, and focus on the core manufacturing.
