Philippe's Flies of the Pyrenees

Sometime back T.F.M. friend Philippe Zanardo sent along a small fly box filled with a wonderful set of flies that he had tied which are his personal favorites when fishing in the Pyrenees of France.

Philippe has been displaced in Laval Quebec for the past several years but he longs for his home waters and the brown trout that live there.

Someday I hope to travel to France and use these flies but in the meantime I know that they will trick a trout or two in the mountains nearby.
