This past week I was wondering, and am still wondering, what is going on with Chad Brealey's Salt Fresh & Field project and interestingly came across a trailer for the film called Eating Alabama which explores a lot of the same important themes of where our food comes from.
The one minute clip on the making of the soundtrack with the Archibalds is a fun watch as well.
I'm am really looking forward to seeing the entire cut of Eating Alabama when it is finally pressed to DVD and right now I'm thinking about the freshest meal possible for our dinner tonight.
