The Utah Stream Access Coalition rally is today at 10:00 a.m. on the capital steps in Salt Lake City.

UPDATE - From the USAC Facebook page...
"It was great showing of support today and victory in a battle for Public Trust today that we have won! At least for now, we are far from winning the war though. Rep. Kay McIff has agreed to a withdraw his HB 68. It is now no more. Meaning that our Public Trust stays as is, and intact. We will continue on to keep seeking Access in Utah for all, but for today it was a great day.
