I may have mentioned it before but what Mark Yuhina gets totally right in his fish artwork is the head and eyes. After that he can play however he wants to with the watercolors and it all flows together perfectly.
Mark has been updating his Yuhina Illustration website lately with a steady stream of fish watercolors and sketches though I've been especially partial to his warmwater images.
Year of the Bluegill? Mark totally gets it and I bet we'll see a few more panfish paintings as the year goes on.
