I don't want to overstate it, but when Carl McNeil of Swift Fly Fishing began developing the Epic fiberglass fly rod blanks and then began offering them not even a year and a half ago, he had a vision for the products what he wanted to offer over time. One idea that Carl had was to offer a kit which would include everything needed to build your own fly rod and recently began offering the Epic Ready To Wrap Rod Kit.
The Epic Ready To Wrap Rod Kit, along with a revamp of the Swift Fly Fishing website, now offers those interested the ability to build a personalized kit with their choice of Epic blank, blank color, hardware, fighting butt, build materials, manual, rod bag, and includes a metal Epic rod tube to complete it all.
This "fly rod in a box" idea gives the first time and hobby builder the chance to build the Epic fly rod of their own choosing and to have a really good time figuring it all out with the step by step manual along the way.
I am really excited about the Epic Ready To Wrap Rod Kit and look forward to seeing the builds that get shown off from a new found group of hobby builders.

3. Please send only ONE EMAIL submission per email address. Duplicates will be deleted.
4. Submissions will be accepted until 6:00 a.m. Monday, April 7th, 2014.
5. On Monday morning the winner will be chosen by random number generator and then listed at the bottom of this post. The winner will also be contacted by email along with being announced on the Swift Fly Fishing and T.F.M. social media pages.
