VEDAVOO Reel Service V - Jeff Kennedy for Anglers of the Au Sable

A few weeks ago Scott Hunter of Vedavoo explained "The Future of Reel Service" in a blog post and how going forward, the focus of this innovative annual fundraising project changes to support a growing list of worthy organization with a series of messenger bags with an artist's touch to them.  This change will give the artist the choice of where the donation dollars will go with a goal to raise $1,000 for conservation with each messenger bag offered up.  As in years past, T.F.M. will do it's part to support and promote Reel Service and look forward to see how much can be raised for conservation with it's efforts.

There is no better way to kick off Reel Service V than with a one of a kind messenger bag painted by artist Jeff Kennedy to fund raise money for Anglers of the Au Sable.  Want in?  Time is running out...

I've known Jeff Kennedy for years and followed along with projects like Drawing Flies 365, years ago he graciously lent T.F.M. the use of his Retro Fly design which has ended up on everything from t-shirts, decals and patches and this year has been rolling out a new piece of art each week with Drawing Flies 52.

I have long supported Anglers of the Au Sable as I learned how to fly fish for trout over twenty years ago on those fabled waters and they continue to do good work "To conserve, protect and enhance the Au Sable River System for future generations of fly fishers".

What the Anglers of the Au Sable does needs your support and donations which are given through Reel Service V will have impact for the future.

Visit the Reel Service V website for more information, enter to win and know that for every $10 donated, you'll have another crack at winning the Jeff Kennedy Messenger Bag.
