NATIVE FISH COALITION - Epic Fly Rod Raffle for Conservation

UPDATE - Winner information on this raffle has been announced on the NFC website.

Last week's trip finding native brookies in a high elevation Appalachian blueline was a good reminder how important these fish and the fragile coldwater environs where they live are.

The Native Fish Coalition is doing the hard work in conservation and recently kicked off a raffle of an Epic 476-4 fly rod.  This Studio Built fly rod is valued at $895 and was made possible by the generousity of Swift Fly Fishing and Midcurrent

Raffle tickets are $20 each or three for $50 and there will only be 100 tickets in total sold.  A winner will be drawn when all tickets are sold.

A couple of takeaways here...  First, native fish conversation is important and secondly, fiberglass is the perfect fly rod material to fish many of these tiny waters.

Visit the Native Fish Coalition website to learn more and get your raffle tickets before they are sold out.
