Do you remember the post from earlier in the week of Kevin Stull's eight foot five weight Kabuto Rods build? Well, he had a chance to get out on the water and broke it in right on a mix of native cutthroat and rainbow trout on the Yakima River.
Kevin wrote... "Here is one of the beautiful Westslope Cutthroats I landed today on the Yakima River. We were fishing only dries all day long. I landed about eight cutthroat and two rainbows with about the same in long distance releases. What a first outing for my new Kabuto build. I was using a five weight Wulff Long Belly Line which is a perfect match for the rod."
Officially jealous and that Saracione Mark IV reel looks like the perfect compliment to your build.
