Matt Smythe of fishingpoet.com was part of the group on Beaver Island for the Beaver Bash 2014 media event with Indigo Guide Service and he recently penned a post on his website detailing the trip from his perspective with his "Dispatches From Beaver Island" post.
It was great having Matt along for the trip. We had a lot of fun sharing a boat together one of the days as well as a pint or three each night. There was no shortage of good times while on the island.
