I guess it's been more than a couple years since I first mentioned Chad Brealey of Salt, Fresh & Field and it looks like things are rolling forward with his film project that explores where your food comes from, cultures, and the kitchen.  I like the style of these episodes a lot and hopefully others will be added to the website in the coming months.

Thanks yet again for your support for Salt, Fresh & Field. It's gratifying to get our work out the door. Now that the first three episodes are available online we're working to bring take things to a larger audience and expand our geographic range as well. Seems folks like what we're up to - we really appreciate you sharing our work with your readers.
