A few months ago I was talking with Ethan Smith of SmithFly and he mentioned that he was working on a new paddle board project that would likely be an entirely new category to the paddle board fly fishing market. Enter the Big Flats Poling Board in all it's plus sized glory...
Weighing in at 100 pounds at 18' long and 5' wide, I see a lot of potential in this board as both a family fun vessel and a serious flats skiff that can be packed down and fit in a trunk.

Love the looks of this thing since I saw it pop up on their instagram account, any idea how it might do for river fishing? Like the idea better than a kayak.
