I've been following along with Hellbender Nets for awhile now, really dug their collaboration with
J.P. Ross Fly Rods, and received my own bamboo net last week which is looks better in hand than online. There will be an upcoming post on the building of that net to look forward to soon.

Hellbender Nets are just up the road from me in the upstate of South Carolina and JD is building these nets from locally sourced bamboo. I'd like to get up there for a visit and watch him build these nets from scratch.
