After a short hiatus, Conservation from the Couch is back with a sit down conversation over Zoom with the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership. Learn about their mission and projects in conservation.
From the email push out for this event...
"Between record fires devastating the West and ferocious hurricanes hammering the Gulf, we are experiencing the impacts of climate change. It is hard not to be upset as our “new normal” now includes these distressing events that are destroying our lands, waters, wildlife, and communities. However, not all is bleak. There is an option for a better path forward, and America’s sportsmen and women have a chance to forge that future.

Our
wild resources do not have to be a victim of climate change. They can
be an integral part of the solution to this existential threat. So
please join us and our good friends at the Theodore Roosevelt
Conservation Partnership for an informative and inspiring conversation
about how sportsmen and women across the country can unite and advocate
for our natural resources to be used to fight climate change."
You can circle back and watch past conversations that are linked on the AFFTA website.
Register for tomorrow evening's Conservation from the Couch which will begin at 7:00 p.m. EST.
