Earlier this year, Northwest Fly Fishing, Southwest Fly Fishing, and Eastern Fly Fishing were folded together to make one single publication with the American Fly Fishing Magazine. I don't know all the ins and out of this move but what this does is put over 20 years of articles from all three magazines into one place for digital subscribers to deep dive into the archives.
I don't think that there is a magazine that goes deeper into exploring a fishery with in-depth information on everything from how-to, maps with access points, flies, tackle, fly shops, guides, lodging and more. For the traveling angler, or someone who's interested in learning more about waters in their backyard, this is a great read with excellent photography to match.
Now through December 15th, American Fly Fishing Magazine is offering a
promotion with 6-issues and access for a year to digital content for
$9.95 or one year of 6-issues printed and digital access for $19.95.
This is a significant savings and besides gifting yourself, it might
also be a good idea for angling family and friends.
To take advantage of this savings, visit the American Fly Fishing Magazine website.
